At Melforx, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with a purchase, we offer a clear and transparent process for returns and refunds, in line with Dutch and EU consumer law.
Under Dutch and EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. You may exercise this right by notifying us via email at info@melforx.com with your intent to return the items. You may use our model withdrawal form, which we provide upon request, or send a clear statement containing the order details.
We offer a generous 30-day return window starting from the day of delivery. All returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging included.
Melforx covers the cost of return shipping for all standard returns within the Netherlands. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label upon return approval. We recommend using the provided label and a trackable shipping service. For returns originating outside the Netherlands (within the EU or Non-EU), please refer to Section 10.
Products can be returned if they meet the following criteria:

Sale items and discounted products are eligible for the 14-day cooling-off period, in compliance with Dutch law.

You will receive confirmation and instructions for returning the items.
Important: Unauthorized returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.
To exchange an item:
Return the original item following the above process.
Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.
Melforx does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will confirm the refund status by email.
Approved Refunds:
Standard returns are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt of the returned item. This includes all returns under the 30-day window in compliance with Dutch consumer law.
Partial Refunds:
 Items returned in a damaged, used, or incomplete condition may be eligible for a partial refund to reflect the diminished value.

Return shipping for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Melforx.
All return requests must be submitted via email for traceability. Melforx will confirm all approved returns in writing. Unauthorized or unconfirmed returns may not be accepted.
